I have a 1923 Ford Model T that has it stamped on the tail gate.
It has the oval around it so it is not blue.
1922/23 something like that
32-34
In the 20′s

It was first written in cursive in 1912 but the color was added in 1928 and the letters were also made thicker
My dad’s hot rod has a ’28 radiator shell on it with the blue oval, so it was no later than that at least.
