A handful of years ago at SEMA, Jay Leno unveiled a unique Camaro V6 built exclusively for him by Ed Welburn (GM’s VP of International Style) and his Common Motors team. This a single-of-a-type Camaro capabilities a couple of turbos giving the three.6-liter V6 420 horsepower. Many of us believed this could be the subsequent Camaro Z28. Jay swears up and down that this 1-off Camaro nevertheless could be a base for the subsequent generation V6 models. Contemplating how gas prices continue to rise, a twin-turbo Camaro does not sound all that bad when you get to reap the positive aspects of very good fuel economy in a high-efficiency package.
The Special Leno Edition Camaro is a full package combining Brembo brakes, light-weight BBS wheels, functional hood vents and special styling inside and out. Hit up the video of Jay and his new toy finally in his personal garage.
