Sure if you have a ton of money.
You can do anything if you have the time and money. That engine was not meant to be in the bay of a Pontiac, so it will get very expensive, very fast. You also need the skills to do it too or the labor will really get expensive! In the states that have strict emission testing, that swap is illegal.

An engine from another GM product would be much cheaper and easier. What kind of Pontiac are you working on?
