i have a 2004 Geely Fashion 49cc scooter. can anyone out there help me find the correct size belt for it? i cant find anything. the engine i have on there is suppose to be the same engine as the Minarelli horizontal motor. any help, sites, anything will help. thanks.

I have a Geely JL50QT-21 and the little black lever need to the throttle appears to be the choke cable. However, whenever I pull on it, makes my engine die. I have no idea what this thing is for nor is it explained in the manual. What is a that lever for?
